Celebrating diversity and inclusion

In March 2024, teams across Givaudan came together to celebrate International Women’s Day with a series of inspiring events that attracted more than 300 colleagues. Highlights included a keynote address from a prominent CEO, who shared her insights on leadership and empowerment, as well as panel discussions featuring women leaders from Givaudan. These sessions focused on the importance of community and connection, providing a platform for colleagues to share experiences on topics that resonate within our workplace. In addition, we hosted a webinar by an expert on women’s health, who educated us on the importance of understanding the different ways that women’s health can be supported in the workplace.

October 2024 marked our observance of World Mental Health Day, during which we organised global events aimed at enhancing mental wellbeing. We took this opportunity to promote our Employee Assistance Programme and hosted sessions that addressed the importance of language in mental health discussions, aiming to reduce stigma. Additionally, we explored how our financial mindset can influence overall mental health. Over 2,000 employees participated in these vital conversations.
