The Executive Committee (EC) is responsible for developing the Company’s strategic objective, long-term business and financial plans, and overseeing all aspects of operational management.
Appointed by the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee is led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Gilles Andrier.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Committee manages and supervises all areas of business development on an operational basis and approves investment decisions.
The CEO has the task of achieving the strategic objectives of the Company and determining operational priorities. Additionally, the CEO leads, supervises and coordinates the Executive Committee, which meets monthly to evaluate Company business, strategy and non-financial matters, including ESG and sustainability performance, and to take action where needed.
Each EC member draws on an average of 20 years’ experience in the Company to bring a wealth of industry knowledge.
In 2024, Stewart Harris was appointed Chief Financial Officer (effective 1 August 2024). He succeeded Tom Hallam who will retire on 31 January 2025 and provided management advice and support on strategic projects to ensure a smooth transition.
